Evaluation
We take the time to evaluate each candidate’s unique experiences, achievements, and aspirations, making sure that every athlete we choose perfectly fits our mission to encourage growth beyond sports.
A comprehensive bio form is completed by every athlete. Only if the athlete meets our criteria will we activate their profile on the ESG platform.

Code of conduct
Once selected a representation contract is signed and all athletes acknowledge our Terms and Conditions.
Every ESG representative has to agree to the ESG code of conduct. Which ensures a structured, considerate and professional attitude and environment for all our clients.
