ESG facilitates professional, brand-aligned connections between athletes and approved brand users. We help users manage their profiles, access opportunities, and build meaningful partnerships during and beyond sport.

To register as a user, you must: 

• Be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent if younger)
• Provide accurate and current information
• Register only once
• Be either a current/former athlete, or an authorised representative of a brand, agency, or client
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

When you create an ESG profile, you will provide both public and internal-use information. We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy PolicyPrivacy Policy for full details.

Public (Visible): name, sport, profile photo

Internal Only: availability, contact info, representation details

You will always know what is shared and what remains private.

We may request optional sensitive information (e.g. race, gender, religion, or medical/injury data) — but only with your explicit consent. This is used internally for fairness, support, and reporting. You are never required to provide this to create a profile.

You may upload content such as photos, bios, videos, or brand-related material. By uploading, you:

• Confirm you own or have permission to use it
• Give ESG permission to use it for promotional, platform, or partnership-matching purposes
• May request removal at any time by contacting us

We do not sell your personal data.

All users agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or brand
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or offensive material
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform

ESG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

ESG facilitates structured connections between athletes and brand clients. While we aim to create meaningful opportunities, ESG does not guarantee work, partnerships, or endorsements. All engagements are subject to further agreement between parties.

 By using the platform, users acknowledge that ESG may charge a success-based commission (typically 30%) on any revenue-generating opportunity initiated or facilitated through the platform. Commission rates and terms will be stated in writing before any engagement.

All content, tools, branding, and designs on this platform are owned or licensed by ESG. You may not copy, modify, or reuse platform material without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of ESG confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.

ESG provides this platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. ESG is not liable for:

• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Actions or outcomes of third parties, athletes, or brands
• Misuse of your account caused by poor password management

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to South African jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Approved brands, agencies, and clients may register on ESG to browse athlete profiles, submit briefs, and request bookings. All brand users must provide accurate information and follow ESG’s platform guidelines. Any brand or agency found to misuse access or breach trust may have their profile suspended or removed.
